Summary:

Our client is seeking a dynamic Project Manager (PM) for Energy Solutions to oversee the successful execution of energy solution projects. Reporting to the Program Manager or Senior Managers, the PM will collaborate with client stakeholders, construction and site acquisition teams, and operations personnel to ensure project deliverables are met within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client projects to meet specified requirements and timelines determined by both clients and Company Management.
  • Serve as the primary interface with designated project managers and provide regular updates to clients and Company stakeholders.
  • Take accountability for quality, schedule, and cost objectives at the market level for all assigned projects.
  • Coordinate efforts with internal and external counterparts to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Maintain data integrity for assigned projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all reporting activities.
  • Lead meetings and calls with clients, Company teams, and vendors to address project issues promptly and manage client expectations.
  • Interpret zoning and construction documents to ensure proper execution of project scope.
  • Collaborate closely with client project management to meet cycle time and duration objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with process requirements and document management procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of field or project management experience in site development and/or construction projects.
  • Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and responsible, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Ability to influence team members and processes to achieve project deliverables on time and within budget.
