W2 Full Time Role - Onsite Only in Winston-Salem, NC
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced AWS Back End Developer to join our team. As a Back End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side components of our web applications. You will work closely with the front end development team to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain server-side components of web applications
- Experience with Python, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB
- Frontend/UI development knowledge in React, Redux, MUI - Implement security and data protection measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or identified through testing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven work experience as a Back End Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Python
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Spring, .NET, or Django
- Proficient understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and APIs
- Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
- Experience with version control systems such as Git or TFS
- Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
- Understanding of multithreading and asynchronous programming concepts
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks
