Description:
The ideal candidate will oversee reconstruction projects from the sale, scoping and execution of the work as the primary customer contact throughout the reconstruction process.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all stages of restoration reconstruction projects
Manage project budget and profitability
Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
Qualifications:
5 years of experience
Strong organizational and project management skills
Building restoration industry knowledge a plus
Detail-oriented and strong communication sk
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
