Position Summary: Executes all Food Truck operations, including stocking, prepping food orders, routing completed orders to guests, cleaning and unloading truck

Position Responsibilities:

• · Stock truck with prepped food supplies for daily shift
• · Receive and prepare food orders
• · Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications established by management
• · Restock all items needed throughout the shift
• · Communicate and route completed orders to guests with professional and friendly service
• · Perform all station duties
• · Execute special menus for special events and private catering functions
• · Ensure proper equipment maintenance and operations
• · Practice safe food handling procedures and safety procedures
• · Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of the Food Truck
• · Drive Food Truck to Brewpub to unload used kitchen tools for cleaning
• · Constantly work to control costs and maintain efficient operations.
• Other duties as required

Position Qualifications:

Required

• Previous cooking experience in foodservice industry
• Must have a VALID driver's license and your own transportation
• Has solid understanding and mastery of proper use of all kitchen equipment and tools
• Self-driven and good at prioritizing time
• Strong decision-making skills
• Strong communication skills
• Punctual and dependable
• Flexible schedule
• Ability to work on your feet for long hours in a confined space
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred

• ServSafe Certification
• Previous experience working on a Food Truck

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
