JJWelch Construction is Hiring a Project Superintendent (Construction) Near Salem, MA

JJWelch Construction is a seven-generation owned builder/construction manager with a diverse portfolio that spans throughout New England and beyond. The markets we serve include restaurant, commercial, retail, institutional and multi-use. We are looking for an experienced Project Superintendent with experience in both new construction and renovation projects. You will be working on exciting projects with an amazing, talented team.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and construction crews
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Implement quality control measures to meet project specifications
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Project Superintendent working for a general contractor
- Proficiency in Procore
- Strong understanding of construction processes, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
- Familiarity with quality control standards in the construction industry
- Ability to build strong working relationships with team members and subcontractors
