*** ICU RN Days/Eves/Nights & EOW - 36hrs ***
1. Unit Name: ICU.
2. Brief Unit Description: Our ICU is a 20 bed Medical/Surgical ICU. We care for a wide range of adult patients with diagnosis such as Sepsis, GI bleed, Respiratory failure, Cardiac arrest, Renal failure, DKA, and cardiogenic shock. Attendings and Residents are present in the ICU 24 hours.
3. Years of Experience Required: 3 years as a full-time Staff ICU RN before Traveling.
4. RN to Patient Ratio: 1:2 or 1:1 with high acuity.
5. Patient Population: All.
6. Bed Count: 20 beds.
7. EMR (Charting System): EPIC.
8. Floating Required: Travelers are required to float to applicable units when needed.
9. Rotating Shifts Required: Day rotators may be rotated to 11a-11p, 3p-3a or 7p-7a shifts when needed. Night Shift does not rotate.
10. Certifications Required: Active RN License, BLS, ACLS.
