Jimmy John's is hiring a Restaurant Opener!

Are you a morning person?!

As our Restaurant Opener, you need to love early mornings! We have to count on you!

At Jimmy John's, everything is baked fresh, sliced fresh, and cut fresh every single day. So our Openers need to be in the store by 7am to get us open by lunch time.

You’ll be responsible for making sure our restaurant open and run smoothly.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Getting to the store by 7am on days you open.
• Ensuring that all opening procedures are done.
• Maintaining operational excellence so our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively
• Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are being followed
• Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy
• Various other tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Morning Person
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge, and the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
• Great leadership skills
• Familiarity with restaurant management software
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate a staff
• Previous experience as a restaurant manager
