Barback must be at least 21 years old, and will help bartenders open, and close bar. You will keep the bar stocked with liquor, beer, spirits, garnishes, ice cubes and various other products needed throughout their shift. You will ensure that glasses, stirrers, shakers, strainers and other bartending tools are clean and in the proper position for the bartender. Bartenders are paid $6.00/hour tips. Barback is paid 12.50/hour.
