**Job Summary:**
We are seeking dedicated full and part-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. ATBx's mission is to make quality behavior analysis services available to all who need them. Our teams provide ABA services in a variety of settings including, but not limited to juvenile justice programs, foster care, schools, early learning centers/daycare, In-home/Community and others. ATBx analysts specialize in providing high quality individualized services, organizaitonal behavior management consultations, performance engineering, program oversight, supervision and systems level interventions.
ATBx BCBAs have the ability to choose clients and caseloads that fit their areas of interest and expertise as well as the ability to create their own schedules. Analysts looking to develop skills in novel settings will be provided with oversight, training and coaching as needed or requested.
ATBx is a small, BCBA run company, with highly skilled and passionate team memebrs. As a growing agency, there are many opportunties for growth within the organization.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Implement behavioral analysis techniques to address behavioral challenges
- Utilize data collection methods to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments
- Provide diagnostic evaluations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
**Qualifications:**
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in special education or behavioral health settings
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to interpret complex data to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
