Job Summary:

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional shopping experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend products that best suit them
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Upsell additional items to increase sales revenue
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves

Not required, but a plus:

- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a clothing or gift store settings
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate excellent time management skills
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
- Knowledge of product is advantageous
- Organizational skills to keep track of inventory and maintain a tidy store environment

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
