The Director of Media for SalonCentric will lead the strategy development, activation and launch of all media channels including paid social, programmatic, trade partners, and search (SEO/SEM), etc. The candidate will direct all media campaigns and will act as the hub between cross functional teams, including eComm, Data Driven Experiences, CRM, social engagement (owned), influencer (earned), content,
marketing, digital product, agencies of record, and Corporate COEs.
This leader must thrive in driving strategy and be willing to dive deep in the details achieving excellence in activation for this newly dedicated team. The ideal candidate possesses an understanding of media analytics (media mix models, search, social and/or programmatic expertise preferred) and the ability to synthesize and communicate information to different levels of stakeholders across the organization. Lastly, this individual will also work side by side with CRM, owned media and advocacy & influence business leads to drive comprehensive 360 strategies, and spearhead the collection of industry trends, key competitive analyses, and insights.
The director will report into the VP of Digital Marketing and manages a team of 2 .
