Scooter's Coffee is hiring smiling faces with positive energy and leadership skills to be our newest Store Manager within our Leadership Team.

We are looking for a candidate with these qualifications:

  • Strong Leadership - Positively lead and develop a team while following all franchise standards.
  • Amazing Customer Service - Build sales and develop loyal relationships with customers by providing outstanding products and amazing service in a fast, friendly, efficient manner
  • Administrative Skills- Effectively staff and stock a store while meeting all deadlines and operating within payroll and inventory budgets.
  • Organizational Skills - Maintain a clean, organized work environment both inside and outside the store.
  • Competitive Spirit - Create a culture of community with the desire to exceed goals
  • Work at a fast pace and can multitask
  • Trustworthy and reliable
  • Reflects our Core Values- Integrity, Love, Humility and Courage

Leadership experience in a fast-paced food service environment is preferred but not required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Pay: Up to $46,000.00 per year, including monthly bonus potential and monthly health insurance stipend
