Lami Wood Products is Hiring a Sales manager Near Saint Peters, MO

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients. This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, technology, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer accounts, and generate reports
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes
