Teacher
Duties:
- Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the curriculum guidelines
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs
- Provide individualized instruction to students who require additional support
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or license
- Experience working with children in a tutoring, daycare, or educational setting
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject area(s) being taught (e.g., Math, Physical Education)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed
