Description
The Social Media Specialist position at the Minnesota Judicial Branch will serve as a strategic partner in assisting the Branch in rebranding its social media channels. The position will advise on the best ways to engage and educate the public about civics and the role of the judiciary; collaborate on the formation of an overall social media strategy; and create compelling content, including videos, that furthers the Branch’s mission.

Salary
The expected starting salary range for external candidates is $29.74 - $37.90 per hour ($62,097 - $79,135 annually). The full salary range for this position is $29.74 - $46.05 per hour ($62,097 - $96,152 annually). This position is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is eligible for State of MN employee benefits.

Position Logistics
This full-time position is classified as Communications Specialist. The position will work normal business hours, Monday through Friday. This work will be conducted in a hybrid/remote environment. In-person work will be performed at the Minnesota Judicial Center in St. Paul, Minnesota as business need dictates. Occasional in-state travel will be required.
