Reacor, Ltd. is seeking two Maintenance Technicians. One for a large community located in Eagan and another to rove between two smaller communities in Oakdale and Oak Park Heights.

Experience required of the Maintenance Technician:

• 3 years of maintenance experience.
• 3 years plumbing and electrical
• Boiler experience required.
• Experience working as a team and working independently
• Organization – ability to coordinate schedules and orders and maintain an organized shop.
• Boiler's licenses is required

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:

• General work order repairs
• Turnover maintenance
• Plumbing and electrical work
• HVAC repair and maintenance
• Assist Property Manager in coordinating schedules for outside vendors
• Place orders for parts and material with Property Manager’s approval
• Work closely with Property Manager to stay within maintenance and repairs budget.
• On-call emergency maintenance (1 week on, 4 weeks off)

Physical Requirements of the Maintenance Technician:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Bend and crawl into small areas

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
