- Reconcile account balances and prepare supporting documentation
- Prepare general ledger entries and financial statements
- Analyze ledger account transactions and prepare variance reports
- Participate in budgeting and auditing processes
- Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data
- Maintain and develop automated accounting systems, reports, controls and procedures
- Assist accounting team in driving efficiencies and optimizing processes
- Other general accounting functions and tasks, as assigned
- Expected time split: 60% Accounting, 20% Financial Analysis, 20% AP/AR/Banking
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years of Accounting experience
- NetSuite experience preferred
- Track record of increasing Accounting responsibilities
- Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Calendar, Docs, Gmail) and/or Microsoft Office
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems independently
- Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to effectively manage time and anticipate needs
- Proactive and helpful demeanor
- Strong customer service skills

- This is a full-time, exempt position with an expected salary of $65,000 - $75,000
- PTO accrued up to 80 hours in the first year, increasing to 120 hours after the first year
