TwentyFive14, LLC is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Saint Marys, GA
We are searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician to conduct unit turnovers, emergency repairs and routine maintenance for a large apartment complex. HVAC experience and certification is a plus. There is no shortage of work to be done here and we are looking for a team player for long term employment. You will be responsible for responding to and resolving issues related to the community, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, painting, mechanical and/or electrical systems. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, capable of problem solving and able to work on your own.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.44 - $18.40 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
