Plant Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, managing plant personnel, and optimizing plant performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, lead, and inspire a diverse team to achieve organizational goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with team members fostering trust while maintaining consistency
• Manage and resolve conflicts effectively in collaboration with HR business partners
• Provide constructive feedback and support the professional development of team members
• Demonstrate empathy and understanding in interactions with team members
• Maintain a high level of self-awareness and self-regulation in all situations
• Support and participate in continuous improvement throughout the organization

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the metal stamping industry desired
• Proven experience in a leadership role preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong emotional intelligence
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stress and manage multiple priorities
• Strong decision maker utilizing fact and data maintaining consistency
• Experience in Lean Principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Bachelor Degree

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)
• Management: 3 years (Preferred)
