Shift/Hours: 8-hour shifts (Days, Evenings & Nights with rotating weekends)

Duties Include:

• Answer residents’ call lights promptly.
• Assist residents with proper hygiene.
• Bathe residents as assigned and in accordance with the established facility.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Chart required information every shift.
• Adheres to Company Standards for resolving consumer concerns.
• Ensures that all consumer/resident rights are protected.

Requirements

• Current and valid CNA license in VT
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years in SNF / LTC
