The Software Development Manager will oversee the software development team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and maintenance of high-quality standards. Essential Functions:

• Lead and mentor a team of offshore software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of .NET-based applications and solutions, leveraging Azure services, SignalR for real-time communication, and cloud technologies for scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to design and implement cloud-native solutions, utilizing services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure DevOps.
• Manage relationships with offshore development partners, providing clear communication, guidance, and feedback to ensure successful collaboration.
• Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and best practices within the team, utilizing tools like Jira for project management and tracking.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery, considering the challenges of working across different time zones and cultures.
• Provide technical leadership and support to team members, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals, regardless of location.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending new tools and approaches to enhance development processes and drive innovation.
