Schedule (The following are available): 

• Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks | 12 hour Day Shifts | 7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
• Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks | 12 hour Night Shifts | 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.
• Full-time | 64 hours every two weeks | 8 hour Evening Shifts | 2:30 p.m - 11:00 p.m.
• All positions include every third weekend and every other holiday

Shift differential incentives: Receive more for the off shifts you work!

• $4.00 per hour for straight nights
• $2.000 per hour for weekends

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing and treating inpatients and outpatients requiring airway assistance and administering diagnostic procedures.
• Complete vent management, transport, conscious sedations, and blood gas analysis
• Ability to share input and discuss orders with providers to meet patient needs
• Support a Level III NICU, Level II Trauma Center and 28-bed Gold Beacon ICU 
• Mentor for new graduates that start their careers with our team

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a two or four year Respiratory Care Program (preferably through CoARC)
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) within two years of hire
• Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the State of MN or temporary RT permit 
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy, can be obtained upon hire
• NICU/Pediatric specialists must be certified by the Neonatal Resuscitation Program, can be obtained within unit
