JOB SUMMARY: Assists Marketing department with communications, materials and provides support to other departments as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including emails, social media, and presentations.

• Ensure content aligns with the company's branding and messaging guidelines.

• Assist in planning and executing weekly marketing sales campaigns to promote our products/services.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.

• Contribute to the creation and scheduling of weekly social media content.

• Monitor social media platforms for industry trends and engage with the audience.

• Collect and organize data for marketing initiatives.

• Assist in data analysis and preparation of reports for presentation.

• Update and enhance existing presentations and documents.

• Incorporate information from various sources to keep materials current and relevant.

• Provide support to other departments in content creation as needed.

• Assist in fulfilling plant signs requests and coordinating safety sign orders.

• Post job openings on LinkedIn and monitor responses.

• Assist in maintaining an active and engaging LinkedIn presence.

• Assist in creating and maintaining an inventory of all marketing documents.

• Ensure easy access and retrieval of marketing materials for the team.

• Conduct general industry research to stay updated on trends and competitor activities.

• Summarize findings for team review and strategic planning.

• Assist sales department with sales initiatives as needed

• Perform all other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 year experience in a Marketing role.

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)

• Experience utilizing social media platforms

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

• Ability to work independently with little supervision yet maintain a team environment.

• Highly organized, extremely detailed oriented, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
