The McLeod Firm is Hiring a Personal Injury Paralegal Near Saint Augustine, FL

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to assist attorneys with motor vehicle accident, medical malpractice, premises liability and other personal injury cases. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and respected personal injury law firm.

Candidates must have prior experience in a personal injury practice. An associate's degree or paralegal certificate is preferred, but not required.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including health insurance and 401k. Salary will be based on experience.

Responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with clients on the status of their cases.
- Obtaining medical records, billing, lien and insurance information.
- Reviewing and summarizing medical records and billing.
- Preparing legal documents, including correspondence, demands, record requests, statutory notices, pleadings and discovery.
- Communicating with insurance adjusters.
- Maintaining file organization.
- Assisting attorneys with all aspects of personal injury cases, pre-suit and litigation.
