Our company is seeking a Property Manager to oversee vacation rentals in Saint Augustine. A successful candidate will be accountable for managing projects and contractors. Perfect for an individual who is motivated, organized, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest communications.
  • Administrative duties.
  • Manage contractors.
  • Provide contractors with useful feedback and offer them opportunities for development.
  • Provide customers with excellent service.
  • Weekly on call duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
