As Southeast Orthopedic Specialists continues to grow, we are actively hiring a Medical Scribe! Please see below for the functions and requirements needed in order to be considered for this position:
GENERAL SUMMARY
Assist providers with appropriate, timely, and accurate documentation in the EHR system, allowing them to spend more face-to-face time with the patient. They accurately document the events and decision-making in a manner that results in appropriate medical charting. Scribes also complete clerical activities necessary to assist with the processing of physician orders for tests and medications, as well as gathering necessary information such as labs, radiology reports, etc.
