Expectations and Accountabilities
The following responsibilities are the essential functions of this position. Responsibilities
1. Meet with clients to find out what they envision for the design of pavers, roof, or gutters.
2. Use expertise to build a plan for the customer.
3. Take measurements to get a baseline for the project at client's house.
4. Create and sell a design that will exceed the expectations of the client.
5. Coordinate with teammates & Sales Manager throughout the project.
6. Organize & communicate with clients, & all involved from start to end
7. Maintain & monitor understanding of customer needs & preferences.
8. Utilize networking opportunities, current contacts, door knocking, or creative thinking to generate leads to meet and exceed sales.
9. Analyze problematic situations and provide solutions.
10. Write the contract and answer related questions.
11. Set sales goals, create a sales plan to build the business.
12. Abide by safety requirements, including the use of proper protective gear, and fall protection.
13. Perform all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards to provide all internal/external customers with excellent service experiences at all times.
Qualifications
1. 2 years’ experience in Sales
2. 2 years relationship building
3. 1 year sourcing leads
4. 1 year networking experience
5. Professional appearance and demeanor
6. Able to pass a drug screening and background check
7. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
8. Must be comfortable climbing and walking on roofs
9. Ability to lift and climb up and down ladders
