$1,000 Sign on Bonus Offered to Eligible Candidate
General Purpose
Delivery of all products to DFA / St. Albans Creamery customers according to assigned delivery route schedule as determined by the store manager.
Deliver products in a safe and timely manner according to company policies and the driver's manual.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Pick up empty totes and barrels
- Make deliveries to each location depending on the farmer's recommendation
- Collect money from all COD accounts
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, including drug and alcohol testing
- Follow all written and oral instructions communicated by the store manager
- Maintain good driving record according to all federal and state motor vehicle laws, rules and regulations
- Report any and all violations in accordance with the driver's manual immediately to the store manager
- Keep track of proper maintenance needs of equipment being used (fuel, check oil, etc.)
- Attend all driver workshops and training sessions
- Maintain good attendance record according to company policies; must call in at least 2 hours prior to start of shift if sick, etc.
