Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide primary care to patients of all ages, focusing on Mental Health, health promotion and disease prevention.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive Psychiatric assessments
- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses
- Manage chronic health conditions
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize telehealth technologies for remote patient consultations

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in Anxiety and Mood Disorders
- Knowledge of physiology and vital signs assessment
- Experience in psychopharmacology
