Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Outbound Call Center Representative to join our team. As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our products and services. Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote hearing awareness
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the database
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or sales environment preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets
