Job Description: As an Alignment Technician at Gales Service Center, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer vehicles are aligned properly for optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help enhance vehicle handling, tire longevity, and overall driving experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and efficient wheel alignments using specialized equipment.
- Diagnose alignment issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Inspect and adjust vehicle suspension systems.
- Conduct tire rotations, balancing, and installations as needed.
- Communicate with customers about alignment issues and repair options.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
