Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years in IT, with 3 years in VMware vCenter and Windows Server administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience in IBM iSeries, PGP encryption, SFTP, BRMS, and Help Systems Robot Suite.
• Experience with SANs and certifications in O365, Cloud, VMware, Cisco are advantageous.
• Experience in software installation, support, troubleshooting, and utilization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-system management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Administer server, application systems, LAN, virtualization, and network monitoring.

Proficiency in capacity planning and performance monitoring for high availability.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving network, hardware, and software issues.

Experience with software development services, including needs analysis and solution development.

Experience in maintaining, and possibly programming, new applications.

Experience with deploying, managing, and ensuring efficient operation of information systems.

Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer service and team collaboration.
