Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Surety Underwriter located in Sacramento, CA. The Surety Underwriter will be responsible for:

• Providing customer support to insurance agents
• Servicing and renewing current policies
• Reviewing/developing internal processes
• Contributing to marketing strategies
• Providing input on technological improvements

We are looking for motivated, hard-working, active thinkers who will contribute to our dynamic team. Our Commercial Surety Underwriter position offers candidates the opportunity to learn our business from the ground up with a direct pipeline to contribute ideas to the management team. Rapid upward mobility is expected for high-performers with commensurate bonuses as we focus on total compensation based on the value added by the employee.
