**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on technology products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Engage customers in a courteous and professional manner

- Provide product information and demonstrate features to customers

- Meet and exceed sales targets

- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Assist in inventory management and restocking of products

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in electronics or technology products

- Strong organizational skills to manage customer interactions and product displays effectively

- Knowledge of retail math for pricing and promotions

- Experience in wireless or technology sales is a plus

- Proficiency in English; bilingual abilities are advantageous

- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately

- Ability to effectively sell products and services to meet customer needs

- Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
