GEORGES INC is Hiring a Feed Mill Manager Near Springdale, AR
SUMMARY: The Feed Mill Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the assigned feed mill and the compliance with all Federal, State regulations, and company policies and procedures that ensure a wholesome, quality product and that no adulterated product enters commerce.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Oversee production within the assigned feed mill.
- Organize personnel and set daily tasks for supervisors.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are met.
- Effectively coordinate and manage all the activities and budgeting of the assigned feed mill.
- Monitor production flow and schedule details to optimize efficiencies.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will have supervisory responsibility.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· Required
o Bachelor’s Degree or related field or equivalent experience
o 5 years of feed mill experience or equivalent
o 3 years of supervisory experience
o Extensive knowledge of HACCP procedures
o Supplier Relationship Management experience
o Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· Preferred
o Poultry or manufacturing experience
