Easterseals Washington Olympic Peninsula Autism Center (ESW-OPAC) is hiring for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst position for Kitsap County.

EW-OPAC is looking for a committed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor for our center in Silverdale, Washington. Help grow and cultivate our mission-oriented company that values teamwork, professional development, diversity, and fun.

Your Role: The BCBA provides specialized behavioral intervention services for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Conduct client assessments, plan development and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum client progress.

  • Engage in collaborative care among client’s providers to improve client outcomes.
  • Provide parent training to support the clients progress in targeted areas and positive behavior development of their child.
  • Provide clinical supervision of Technicians, providing training in the use of data collection, positive behavioral supports, intervention techniques, and instructional methodologies.
  • Continue to remain current regarding new research, current trends and developments in ABA, autism and related fields.
  • Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services.

Requirements:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification through the Department of Health.
  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disorders.
  • Strong organizational skills: with an ability to effectively prioritize and multitask.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to drive for work including valid driver’s license in good standing and proof of auto insurance.
