The Music Instructor is a full‐time, 9-month salaried position responsible for a variety of instrumental education instruction centered around the piano. These responsibilities involve performance accompaniment for concerts and recitals, developing and implementing course syllabi, achieving student learning outcomes, evaluating student performance, record-keeping, and related activities. Related activities include, but are not limited to, advising, serving on various committees, coordinating with area K-12 schools and other colleges and universities, participating in recruiting and retention efforts, and participating in professional activities and organizations.
