Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Care for adults and their children in a residential setting where they are learning vocational skills, seeking recovery from life controlling problems and studying faith based curriculum to modify their behavior.
- Assist with medication administration under supervision
- Engage residents in recreational activities and outings
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
Experience:
- Knowledge of resident rights and person-centered care practices
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
