Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families

Skills:

- Proficiency in senior care and acute care practices
- Knowledge of ICD-9 coding for accurate documentation
- Experience with cardiac catheterization procedures
- Familiarity with family planning services
- Ability to perform gastric lavage when necessary
- Strong understanding of infection control protocols
- Expertise in infant care and medical imaging techniques
