- Prepare and plate food according to kitchen specifications
- Maintain appropriate levels of inventory
- Follow all ServeSafe kitchen guidelines
- Follow all food safety rules and regulations
- Document food and refrigerator/freezer temperatures daily
- Follow kitchen cleaning guidelines daily/weekly/monthly
- Knowledge and/or experience in the CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program) is highly desirable
- ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
- Organized and able to work quickly and efficiently
