Peters Engineering is Hiring an Electrical Designer Near Sacramento, CA

Peters Engineering, a Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Consulting Engineering firm providing services since 1969, is seeking to fill a full-time Electrical Designer position in our Sacramento office.

Duties include design and preparation of construction documents, utility coordination, and client meetings. Must be a self-starter capable of managing their time and working with the project manager to meet client schedules, company project budget and assist the team as a whole.

Minimum experience in the following areas is desired: Commercial building power and lighting; Site lighting; Lighting control design.

Experience in any of the following areas a plus: Data centers; Hospitals, High technology industries; Industrial facilities that include medium to high voltage systems; Generator systems, Paralleled or transferred with utility; UPS systems; Arc flash analysis; Breaker coordination & protective relay studies; AutoCAD and REVIT.
