Position Overview:

As the Finance Manager, you will work closely with the CFO to drive financial excellence and support strategic growth initiatives. You will be a critical partner to the senior management team, ensuring robust financial and operational control, and contributing to our ambitious expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior management to oversee and enhance financial and operational control of the business.
• Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives focused on corporate structure, management, and scalability.
• Assist in the financial close, planning, and forecasting processes.
• Analyze key performance metrics to identify focus areas and evaluate results.
• Conduct budget and forecast analysis.
• Support P&L reporting, membership or expense forecasts, product reporting, and balance sheet reporting.
• Resolve issues and drive them to resolution effectively.
• Present financials to senior leadership.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to create and manage corporate budgets.
• Eagerness and capability to thrive in a growing and evolving environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, including budget creation and analysis tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of budgetary and accounting principles, practices, and policies.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience; OR a relevant master’s degree with five years of experience.
