About us:
D-Bat Ruston is one of the premier baseball and softball training facilities in the country. We are known as a baseball and softball academy. We provide one on one training, and we sell some of the best athletic equipment for baseball and softball athletes.
Baseball/Softball Instructor:
We are looking for someone that enjoys the game of baseball/softball and has a desire to teach the next generation of athletes. Collegiate experience is a plus, but it's not required. Instructor pay is from $20-$25 per hr depending on experience. Instructors are able to choose their own hours.
Duties:
- Teach athletes the fundamentals and safe mechanics of baseball/softball
- Build cliental and engage in 1:1 lessons or camps and classes
- Provide information about services offered like lessons, camps, clinics
- Have great communication skills
Qualifications/Skills:
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of baseball/softball
- Experience in coaching or giving lessons is a plus
- Good problem-solving and teaching skills
- Collegiate experience is a plus but is not required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 30 per week
