**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated Solar Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about renewable energy and possess excellent customer service and technical sales skills.
**Duties:**
- Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their solar energy needs
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and our products
- Create customized solar energy solutions based on customer requirements
- Present and negotiate solar proposals with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and sales progress
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar or related industries
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively
- Knowledge of solar technology and industry trends
- Experience in outside sales is preferred
