Clean Image Restoration is certified and licensed with over 10 years in insurance work both residential and commericial. We specialize in water mitigation, but assess other circumstances and follow all IICRC Standards in order to do clean up. We are the first local company in North Alabama to offer Biohazard (Crime Scene) Cleanup. We are a small-town company with a better than franchise quality of work.
Restoration Technician
Duties:
- Perform restoration and remediation work in residential and commercial properties
- Use power tools and hand tools to remove damaged materials and prepare surfaces for restoration
- Clean and sanitize affected areas, including carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning
- Build and install new structures or fixtures as needed
- Document work performed, including photos and written reports
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in restoration or construction preferred but not required
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in restoration work
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
