How You’ll Make anImpact ·Identify and expedite all issues that prevent order fromachieving on time shipment to customer from inception to order shipment.

• Coordinates daily activities with operations, quality,engineering, shipping / receiving to ensure orders are progressing to meetcustomer commitments.
• Maintain work cell priority list including ensuring that thematerial is at the machine. ·Maintain positive customer and interpersonal relationships,including use of Microsoft teams, email correspondence and customer visits asrequired.
• Perform inventory checks on customer supplied material andensure accuracy to the bill of material. ·Perform other duties as directed.

What You Bring ·Investigateand coordinate efforts and activities with related functions to resolvediscrepancies / troubleshooting.

• Goodtroubleshooting mentality with the ability to facilitate activities withvarious departments. ·Experiencein a similar role is a plus ·HighSchool degree with strong math skills KNOWLEDGE,SKILL AND ABILITY ·Demonstrated experience with computers andMicrosoft Office software, SAP and OIL.
• Requires strong problem solving and analyticalskills. ·Must have strong attention to detail andorganizational skills.
• Requires strong communication skills, both verbaland written. ·Ability to read production schedules, inventoryreports, work order routings.
• Consistently spend a significant amount of yourday (more than 5 hours) on the shop floor, standing and moving materials withthe ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to willingly participate in a teamenvironment to achieve departmental and organizational goals and objectives.
• Ability to work with established deadlines andachieve goals / outcomes. ·Flexibility to work outside of standard businesshours to meet business needs.
