Position : Residential Construction Estimator / Purchaser

Schedule : HYBRID!!! Currently, the position entails three days in-office and two days remote work.

Job Description : As an Estimator / Purchaser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring precise take-offs and budgets, managing material procurement, and balancing cost efficiency with quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Identifying and addressing cost discrepancies.
• Collaborating on product development with architects and design teams.
• Providing support to field supervisors.
• Maintaining the product database and offering support to the sales team.
• Issuing timely purchase and work orders.
• Conducting cost analysis and updating price files.
• Tracking and estimating costs for plan changes.
• Building and managing relationships with contractors and suppliers.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in Excel is essential.
• Tech Savvy
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.

Compensation :

• Salary : $65,000 - $75,000 annually (negotiable up to $80,000 based on market factors).
• Annual bonus.
