Job Details
Our Nursing Supervisors :
Visits all Patient Care rounds to assess Patient care requirements and completes the daily supervision communication form.
Identifies role to family, Physicians, staff and other departments.
Responds in emergency situations including RRTs and codes and ensures that only appropriate clinical staff are present and expedite any needed resources, tests and procedures.
In addition, debriefs and analyzes the situation, completes documentation on debrief form and bring forth issues to the code committee.
Education :
BSN) required : Master's degree preferred. Current license in NY state as a registered Professional Nurse. National Certification required or obtained within 6 months.
