What You Will Be Doing :
- To maintain a safe, organized, clean and functional Parts Inventory System
- Order all parts for inventory in a timely manner, receive them and catalog their arrival
- Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records
- Provide support to the maintenance department by processing all paperwork, creating / running reports, and tracking parts usage
- Compares inventories to office records or computes figures from records such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory
- Maintain usage log and remove obsolete items from inventory with oversight from Chief Engineer

What We Need From You :
- Ability to independently manage time and set priorities
- Must be well organized and computer literate
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent is preferred
- 1 years' experience with ordering and / or purchasing, preferably within MRO or maintenance
- 1 years' experience in inventory and parts-room management
