Job Summary: The restaurant expeditor ensures quality and proper presentation of food in a timely manner; that food orders are prepared and assembled quickly according to recipes and procedures to avoid waste; and that the line is always stocked, neat, clean and safe.

Requirements

 Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

· Oversees the delivery of food to customers in a timely and organized manner

· Coordinates the preparation, plating, and delivery of orders

· Serves as a primary line of communication between wait staff and chefs

· Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen 

· Runs food to tables as needed

· Must have a positive attitude and a strong commitment to Standards

· Must be a team player

· Complete any tasks your supervisor/manager instructs you to complete

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Full Time position. Flex schedules and Holidays as needed

Shift Times: Noon – 8:00 PM
